We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


International Shipping

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be replaced or refunded.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
